Integrations for the AI Manufacturing Platform

MFGMAX is the manufacturing platform: the batch or job, the formula or materials, the lots, the labor, and the cost while the work is still open. The other systems the company already runs stay in place. They connect to that record.

QuickBooks is one accounting system a plant can keep. It is not the platform, and it is not the only system that can connect. What moves between systems, and when, is shown in the evaluation before you commit.

Systems that can connect

Accounting

QuickBooks can stay. So can another system your accountant already closes. Invoices, bills, and the statements they sign stay there. MFGMAX shows what would post, and when, before anything is turned on.

Inventory and the warehouse

On-hand, committed, and incoming stock can stay tied to the system that already receives and ships, while the batch or job in MFGMAX is the record of what was used.

Quality and the lab

Holds, checks, and release status can come from the quality process you already run. MFGMAX keeps that status on the open batch or job. It does not replace your quality system.

Orders, shipping, and customers

A customer order, a shipment, and the lot that went on it can connect to the manufacturing record, so sales and the floor are not each keeping a private copy.

Payroll and the shop floor

Hours that belong on a job can come from the time system you already use, while the job is still open, instead of landing only in payroll after the price is set.

Other plant software

If the plant already runs a system for purchasing, labels, machines, or a customer portal, that connection is scoped in the evaluation. It is shown before you commit. The start is one process, not every system at once.

Questions

Is MFGMAX a QuickBooks add-on?

No. MFGMAX is the AI manufacturing platform. Accounting can stay in QuickBooks, or in another system you already close. Your accountant still closes the books.

Which other systems can be integrated?

The ones the plant already runs: accounting, inventory, quality, orders and shipping, payroll, and other plant software. The evaluation names each connection and shows it before it is turned on.

Do we have to replace everything on day one?

No. The start is one process. Integrations are shown before you commit. The systems you already trust can stay.
