Design

Define the record, the screens people will actually use, and the integrations. The systems you already run stay in the picture.

Build

Develop and validate with a real batch or job, not a sample company.

Launch

Implement, train the people on that process, and only then widen the scope.

Data and training

Open batches, jobs, items, and lots move first. History is brought over only where the plant will still use it. Training is on that process, with the people who run it. The calendar is set from the plant during Discover. There is no public timeline that pretends every shop is the same.
