What to prepare before a manufacturing ERP demo

A plant manager and a visitor beside a production line

A manufacturing ERP demo is useful when it uses work the plant is already in. A sample company can show screens. It cannot show whether your batch, your job, your lots, or your estimate would survive on one record.

MFGMAX evaluations start from one open batch or job. There is no public price on this page. Scope follows the plant after that walkthrough. How MFGMAX pricing works says the same thing.

Bring these

Use the demo to test the record

Ask to see the estimate and the actual on that same batch or job, while it is still open. Ask where a lot goes from receipt through the batch to the shipment, if that is the question you brought. Ask what stays in QuickBooks. What moves, and when, should be shown before you commit. When QuickBooks needs a manufacturing system alongside it is the split to listen for.

Ask what the software does not replace. This does not replace your quality system, a validation, or an FDA approval. This does not replace your food-safety program, your specifications, or a required approval. This supports the repair station manual you already use. It does not replace your FAA certificate or an approval.

After the walkthrough, the start is still one process. How MFGMAX implementation works is discover, design, build, and launch — training the people on that process before the scope gets wider. Security and data handling is the list to settle in writing before a plant goes live. This page does not invent the hosting or backup answer. Those are confirmed for your plan.

Pick the plant you are actually running: nutraceutical manufacturing ERP, furniture manufacturing software, food manufacturing ERP, cosmetics manufacturing software, pharmaceutical manufacturing software, or metal fabrication software.

Questions people ask before they switch

What should we bring?

One open batch or one open job. The estimate or formula. What was actually issued: materials or lots, and hours. One question the plant cannot answer from the current files.

What should we leave behind?

A slide of every module you might buy, and a sample company that is not yours. The walkthrough is there to see your record, not a tour of screens.

Who should be in the room?

The person who runs that process and the person who has to explain the cost. Training later is for the people on that process, not for a spectator list.

Request the demo with one open batch or job

Bring the estimate and what the plant used. We will walk through that record.
